How gay married couples get shortchanged
Sun Jun 9, 2013
Now we are getting to the crux of the issue, which is not about people of the same sex getting married, or what consenting adults do behing closed doors. Who cares? The issue is money, just like it was with slavery and other "social" issues with winners and losers.
Transplant outrage has a solution: more organ donors
Sun Jun 9, 2013
Here's a thought. Indicate that people who have elected to become organ donors would be given priority over non-donors in the event they need a transplant. Those who wish to opt in would benefit greatly and those who have issues with organ donations and transplants remain status quo.
Boston bombing spurs Senate debate on tighter immigration screening
Fri Apr 19, 2013
The Senate can't even pass a minor gun law in which 90% of Americans agree. Does anyone think these cowards can pass tighter immigration screening?
Al-Qaida's 22 tips on how to avoid drones
Thu Feb 21, 2013
Stay home. Worship. Get a job. Take care of your family. Be a productive member of society and the "drone thing" takes care of itself.
Rossen Reports: 'Apple picking' thieves snatch iPhones
Wed Feb 20, 2013
My recommendation is to get the Find My iPhone app. It will show you where the phone is via GPS and you can shut it down and wipe it clean remotely. Basically turns it into a paperweight.
North Korea: Sanctions by South would be 'declaration of war'
Fri Jan 25, 2013
Hey. I understand sword rattling, but wake up North Korea. You wake up one night to sounds of explosions and the next morning your entire infrastructure is gone. No power, no rockets, no bridges, no intranet, no cell phones, no nothing. Join the 21st century before its too late.
First Thoughts: Obama's four challenges
Thu Sep 6, 2012
As a conservative, I simply must admit that Bill Clinton gave one hell of a good speech. It's amazing to see how good he now looks when compared to leaders of both parties.
BMW designer credits Apple for white-car craze
Thu Aug 30, 2012
Not sure I understand the comment regarding the difficulty in keeping white cars clean. As an owner of predominately bland and white cars, I can categorically state that white cars are FAR easier to maintain than black or dark cars.
Romney: 'I never paid less than 13 percent' in taxes
Thu Aug 16, 2012
13% of a BIG NUMBER is much more than my wife and I pay, and we pay 6 figures. This country needs MORE people making more money and paying in like Romney does. Let's not get hung up on the percentage.
US cuts crop forecast as drought ravages Corn Belt
Fri Aug 10, 2012
A subplot here is the co-mingling of food sources with fuel. Vis-a-vis…..corn for ethanol. Not a good idea. Especially when the Government sponsors it with tax credits.
